The United Railways Trust’s infrastructure group (named, unimaginatively, “The Infrastructure Group”) controls the system locomotive pool, the electrification division, and the real estate arms of the company.
The locomotive pool & electrification division were originally subsidiaries of the Terminal de Montréal, and the real estate division is the Parsons Vale’s Groupe I&M, expanded to encompass the CPR & KCS’s real estate arms.
