These are one of the most powerful diesel-electric locomotives that run on FEPASA/FERROBAN lines. The photo shows a group of four 4,400 HP, C-30-7 diesel-electric locomotives, built in Brazil by General Electric in 1989. They belong to Cutrale-Quintela, one of the FEPASA customers, producer of orange juice and soya beans. This kind of machine runs in the Boa Vista-Perequê line, that links all FEPASA branches to the Santos harbour, across the Serra do Mar.
