In the foreground one can see a G.E. U23CA diesel-electric loco, #3623-7, named Carandaí after using the last RFFSA livery (grey and yellow). This loco, plus a Macosa SD40-2 (#5214-3), and another G.E. U23 (#3343-2), both already with the MRS livery, headed an ultra-heavy train with 132 full loaded iron ore cars in Bom Jardim de Minas, MG.
