In 2020, the D&H and R. J. Corman jointly purchased a group of shortlines in Pennsylvania, splitting the lines 50/50; the D&H got the Owego & Harford and the Lucerne & Susquehanna, with R. J. Corman getting the rest. The Lucerne & Susquehanna was merged into the EP&NJ, but the OHRY was left as a separate diesel-powered subsidiary of the D&H.
It came with a small pile of GE & EMD power, which were immediately sold and replaced with a brace of DL16bs.
